Ahead of the court hearing of a defamation lawsuit filed against him, popular social media critic, VeryDarkMan, a.k.a. VDM has denied defaming human rights lawyer Femi Falana and his son, singer Falz.
It would be recalled in September, VDM shared a leaked audio in which crossdresser Bobrisky implicated Falz and his father, alleging that Bobrisky contacted them while he was imprisoned at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre to facilitate a “presidential pardon” for Ten Million Naira.
While Falana and Falz demanded apology from VeryDarkMan describing the claim as ‘Defamatory’, the Lagos State High Court also ordered VDM to delete the alleged defamatory post ahead of the substantive suit’s hearing at Ikeja High Court in Lagos today, November 14, 2024.
Meanwhile, in a new video posted on his Instagram page, VDM, who noted that he will not apologize, reiterated that the video he posted was to expose corruption in Nigeria and urged the Falanas to clear their names.
