President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will travel from Abuja to Riyadh today to participate in the Joint Arab-Islamic Summit, set to begin tomorrow, November 11, 2024.
Invited by Saudi King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the summit will primarily address the Israel-Palestinian conflict and regional stability.
According to his Special Adviser, Bayo Onanuga, President Tinubu will advocate for a ceasefire and push for the two-state solution as a viable path to lasting peace.
Joining him are key officials, including the Foreign Affairs Minister, National Security Adviser, and the Director-General of Nigeria’s National Intelligence Agency.
