Nigerian online critic Vincent Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has sparked conversation following his comments on Burna Boy’s actions at the Greater Lagos concert.
It would be recalled that the Grammy-winning artist walked off stage after a fan breached security and approached him mid-performance.
VDM, in a video shared on Instagram, expressed disapproval of Burna Boy’s behaviour, contrasting it with a video showing the singer warmly welcoming a foreign fan on stage at an overseas event.
While he acknowledged that the Nigerian fan’s actions were inappropriate, he questioned Burna Boy’s response, suggesting the artist views Nigerians as inferior.
He further advised Burna Boy to respect his Nigerian fans, emphasizing that their support played a crucial role in his rise to fame.
